One of our favorite trips of the year is going to Canada. This year lived up to the expectations. We filled it with gopher hunting, rafting, Magrath Days, Echo Lake and much more. The highlight of the trip was witnessing my brother'r return with honors from his mission. We missed him so much. It was 2 weeks of pure fun with people I love. My kids weren't ready to go home! There are a few pictures in July before Canada such as the 4th and Hudson's bday.

Easter in Canada
So Easter this year we got the opportunity to book it up to Canada for a number of reasons, but mostly to see and hold Riggs, which was delightful. Paige was getting ticked off because for 10 days she barely got to hold her baby. Ha Ha. Anyways here are my kiddos coloring eggs, excuse the nakedness.
I know this picture is blurring (dang photographer) but I love these two girls more than anything and I loved this picture.
Easter morning. I have more pictures that Riess took so I need to get those. Hudson was snoozing so Teagan was checking out what the Easter bunny brought her.
He finally woke up...but Teagan couldn't wait to get her new swimsuit on.
Easter dress
Easter outfit
Riggs Easter morning. This was when we got there. He gained almost a lb by the time we left.
Teagan was obsessed with Riggs and wouldn't put him down.
Hudson eating his breakfast before church.
Swimming at the Nicolas Sheridan in Lethbridge, a tradition for my kids.
Hudson was in Heaven helping grandpa on the farm.
Best buddies. I love this picture...poor Riggs is getting a little mangled.
Finally my turn to love on this man. I couldn't stop kissing him. I love him so much. I didn't want to see him go.

A New Year
We just made a trip to Canada and got to go to Calgary. I saw one of my closest friend which was so refreshing and fun. It was especially fun to see her super cute house and kids. Our kids played together so well. Thanks Elaine for all that you did for us while we were there.
Teagan recently got her ears pierced and I am so proud of her for being so brave. We had talked about it multiple time and she had decided when she was 8 would be good for her but then on a whim she decided that she was ready and boom, she got it done. She didn't flinch when they did it and acted like it was nothing. She is so good at cleaning them and changing them. She's a big girl.
My kids think they are super heros with their backwards bibs.
One night the kids wouldn't go to bed so I was super angry and decided to stick together and snuck into bed together. When I came up to check on them this is what I found. How sad that they were comforting each other from scary mom.
Every Tues Hudson and I go on a mommy son date to story hour while Teagan's at preschool. It has been so fun to do our own little thing. Here are a couple of crafts that they made.
We recently went on a traditional Island Park Trip with Jaimie and Tyrell and Brad and Kristen. It was super fun driving the snowmobiles to Yellowstone for lunch. It was also really fun to play at the activity center where there was swimming, racketball, and workout equipment. I love these couples so much and we have so much fun together. Thanks guy for making this happen.
Calgary trip at a play center for kids with Elaine's kiddos. These two were instant best buddies.
Hudson is such a shorty that Paige, Elaine's youngest that is only 7 months older than Hudson, had to booster Hudson through the whole play center. She was his personalized babysitter.
Still a high school mind in 27 year old bodies. Sad but true!
My first nephew on the Hudson side. I love him so much and he an adorable little man. Can't wait to hold him my next trip to Canada. My kids are obsessed with him already too. They constantly say his name and ask about him. Now, they want me to make a baby because they love him so much.
Cheriess and my makeover. Love it. Thanks Teagan.
Finally, a perfect day to sled and perfect snow. Now it is gone already so I am glad that they got their sledding in for the year. It was so much fun.
Well that really is all that has happened since Christmas but we love Malad and have had a great start to a new year.
